Always bring a winter coat with you when visiting New York this time of year and then check the weather reports before you leave on the trip. You may want to pack a fall coat and sweaters as well.

If u have limited time you can get the open top bus tour which takes you through 5th avenue and to view the major sights you can take a 2 or 3 hour tour hop off when it suits
