G'day I really can't say and suggest that you ask this question on the TA London forum where I think you will likely receive helpful information. My wife and I walked both ways Putney Bridge tube station Fulham Palace on a Sunday afternoon and used the Thames trail and then path along the Fulham Palace grounds. It was through the woods with few homes or businesses along the way and probably not well lit after dark. When we went, there were a great many others in the area, mostly exercising their dogs and using the playground and at the farmer's market. If your concert is at the Fulham Palace buildings then I think it is likely many people will be using that route.
