There is only one entrance to the Palace and that's by the Victoria statue. If you are unable to walk and have a blue badge to say you have disabled parking, call Historic Royal Palaces call centre ahead of time and explain the situation as they have disabled parking as long as it's arranged in advance. If you go with a friend and don't drive, I would suggest waiting on a bench once inside the Palace gates, as they can provide manual wheelchairs and there is a lift inside.
