If more information is needed suggest a search for the many entries on the problems (pro & con) with the this year's Jacobite Steam Train service which may use the same operator. Remember RTC is a tour company who have to hire from a responsible rail operator.

I am bringing my teenage Autistic Grandson for the journey of a lifetime , just need to know if we can get up to stretch our legs as it will be hard to be fully confined for the long day trip both ways I will need to walk around a bit otherwise I suffer with back pain We will be in standard seats

Hi. Does anyone know if you can take a picnic on first class? We’re hoping to take a trip for four of us on the Victoria to Weymouth/Bournemouth route in August. It would seem a good compromise for us costwise between the Premier and Standard seats. Thank you in advance.
