We got there very early, before 8 am and there were people there but no lines for photos. The earliest the better for everyone to take pictures and go to mandalas bay walking distance. Full review by Chita C

The sign is between the airport and the strip. If you do a taxi or Uber you can have them make a pit stop for a picture or two.
