is tiananmen square is it free or it ask to pay a ticket?

Yes it is free. You just need to have your passport on you as there are at least 3 security checkpoints. The Forbidden City though requires a ticket to be brought in advance online.

I am not sure, because we join a day tour with Viator tour, and have skip the line along with Forbidden City and the Mutianyu Great Wall tour. It’s worth it as the lines to both …
I am not sure, because we join a day tour with Viator tour, and have skip the line along with Forbidden City and the Mutianyu Great Wall tour. It’s worth it as the lines to both Tiananmen and Forbidden City are both very very long. Happy traveling
