The California Highway Patrol revealed on its social media that it will be rolling out new specially marked patrol vehicles statewide to help in fighting reckless and dangerous driving.

SACRAMENTO – California Highway Patrol will be deploying an updated tool against dangerous drivers this week. On Thursday, CHP revealed plans to deploy dozens of low-profile patrol vehicles. The vehicles have minimal markings that distinguish them as a cop car.

CHP says its newly-designed fleet will give them an "important advantage" by being able to blend into traffic without detection and to crackdown on what the CHP calls "video game-styled driving on highways.
