The Carolina Hurricanes have gotten used to life without goaltender Frederik Andersen, who has developed a reputation of being one of the more injury-prone goalies in the NHL today.

Frederik Andersen was activated from injured reserve and will be the backup for the Hurricanes against the Vegas Golden Knights on Friday (7 p.m. ET; FDSNSO, SCRIPPS, NHLN, TVAS2).
