According to the Florida Division of Emergency Management's forecast, low temperatures will fall into the low 30s to low 40s across the Florida Panhandle and Suwannee Valley tonight with middle 40s to low 50s along Northeast Florida, upper 40s and 50s across Central Florida, and upper 50s and 60s across South Florida and the Keys.

The cold front has certainly arrived as morning temperatures on Thursday dipped into the 50s across much of the area. (Typical morning values this time of the year come in at about 65 degrees.)

A cold front associated with a frontal boundary is expected to move across South Florida on Wednesday afternoon and into the evening bringing temperatures in the lower 50s for coastal Palm Beach County and in the upper 40s in communities near Lake Okeechobee, the National Weather Service in Miami said.

A frontal system has kept rain in the forecast over the last couple of days, and has kept temperatures on the warmer side as well.
