Starbucks is adding a new espresso beverage, the Cortado, to its menu as the company refocuses on its commitment to high-quality coffee. Beginning Friday, Starbucks will start offering Cortado, a small espresso-based drink originating from Spain.

The beverage features steamed milk; it joins a Dunkin’ collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter and other new coffee drinks for the new year.

Starbucks has announced its 2025 winter lineup, and it features a brand new espresso drink, two returning favorites, a new food item, and new whole beans.
