WGAL on MSNNWS issues flash flood watch for WednesdayThe National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for parts of South-Central Pennsylvania. The flash flood watch will be in effect from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Wednesday for the following Susquehanna Valley counties:
Precipitation varied significantly across the metro area Tuesday, from 0.06 inches by DFW airport to over 4 inches near downtown Dallas.
Federal forecasters issued their first flood warning at 1:14 a.m. on July 4. Local officials haven’t shed light on when they saw the warnings or whether they saw them in time to take action.
Brigantine in Atlantic County, and Tuckerton and the Mystic Island section of Little Egg Harbor are in the path of this possible event.
