What was once a joke of a game for NFL fans as backup quarterbacks Tommy DeVito and Cooper Rush were expected to play against each other on Thanksgiving has only gotten worse as the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys quarterbacks are now both questionable for Thursday's matchup.

New York Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito is a long shot to play Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys because of a forearm injury, a source told ESPN on Wednesday. Drew Lock is in line to make his first start this season for the Giants.

Drew Lock would get the start if DeVito can’t go. The Giants kept Lock second on the depth chart when benching and putting Daniel Jones in bubble wrap. (He’s now with the Vikings, after the Giants granted his request for a release.)
