More than 200 rallied in Fort Myers to honor John Lewis and protest what they see as threats to civil and human rights.

A rally at MLK Jr. Memorial Park commemorated the fifth anniversary of civil rights leader and U.S. Rep. John Lewis' death.

"Through struggle and sacrifice, I’ve learned power doesn’t come from a podium, it comes from the people," said Memphis activist Jose Salazar.

Good trouble protests are taking place across the country and in western Massachusetts. Hundreds of people gathered at Pulaski Park in Northampton, all in honor of the late Congressman John Lewis.
