Last year, a Los Angeles County judge dismissed most of Marilyn Manson's claims against Evan Rachel Wood, but he refused to give up. The rock musician was appealing the legal umpire's decision when he and his ex-fiancée settled their differences.

Wood was one of at least 15 women who accused Warner of sexual assault, with allegations of abuse dating back almost 25 years.

As part of their Nov. 19 settlement agreement, which was reviewed by USA TODAY, Manson will pay Wood more than $326,000 to reimburse her attorneys' fees. In March 2022, Manson — whose real name is Brian Warner — sued Wood and her "romantic partner" Illma Gore in Los Angeles Superior Court,
