Chi-Chi's restaurants set to make a comeback
Chi-Chi's was founded by Max McGee, a Vince Lombardi-era Packers player and longtime broadcaster, along with restaurateur Marno McDermott, in 1975. According to a news release, McDermott's son Michael has struck a deal with Hormel Foods, owner of the Chi-Chi's trademarks, to use the name on restaurants set to open next year.
