Ohio State students leaving Lawrence Tower dorms after finding mold, mushrooms
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — An Ohio State University residence hall where mold and mushrooms were found will not house students next semester, impacting close to 500 students. It was announced in an email to students from the university Thursday night.

Earlier this month, the university moved about 40 students in 19 rooms from the residence hall into other dorms on campus after a water leak caused drywall damage to the rooms. Students living in Lawrence Tower said that water damage caused mold and mushrooms to grow behind the wallpaper in their dorms.
