The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 28-year-old man that died after a shooting in northwest Rochester early Saturday morning.

The 28-year-old man died at the scene around 1 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. This is the second fatal shooting in less than two weeks that RPD is investigating.

Upon arrival, the officers located the man and attempted life-saving measures, but the man died at the scene, according to the police.
