Top-ranked Longhorns have won seven SEC games in a row and have a magic number of four to clinch title in first year in conference.

Texas’ best conference opponents to date — No. 2 LSU, No. 7 Georgia, No. 11 Auburn and Texas A&M — had to visit Austin. The travel itinerary, meanwhile, has taken the Longhorns to Mississippi State, Missouri and Kentucky. Those teams all have losing conference records and are a combined 17-46 in the SEC.

In a series that isn't short on hatred, the Texas Longhorns completed a three-game sweep over the rival Texas A&M Aggies.
