Chelsea are set to finalise the signing of Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens after the German club confirmed a deal had been agreed. The 20-year-old England Under-21 player will cost £48.5m plus £3.5m in add-ons. The clubs, who are both in the United States for the Club World Cup, met in Fort Lauderdale to agree the transfer.
