The Lansing Historical Society unveils gallows replica at Kansas State Penitentiary tours, showcasing a somber yet educational piece of local history.
The gallows, which were recently constructed by members of the Lansing Historical Society and Museum, were seen during a tour of the prison on Friday, May 16, 2025, in Lansing, Kansas.
