Harris signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Hawks on Wednesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Harris spent some time with the Clippers in August but didn't quite make the cut, and he'll now get a chance to latch on in Atlanta. The Hawks have all three two-way slots filled, so it's likely Harris ends up with the team's G League affiliate.
