The New York Jets cleaned house when they fired their head coach, Robert Salah, and general manager, Joe Douglas. In an effort to perform a thorough search for a new coach and GM, the Jets have brought in Mike Tannenbaum and Rick Spielman to aid in the search.

Mike Tannenbaum, who served as Gang Green's general manager from 2006-2012, and his "NFL technology and media company," The 33rd Team, will assist in New York's hiring process, the Jets announced Monday.
