A digital advertising specialist says the tech giant forces people to install software that lets the company track their personal information, while also preventing them from discussing their working conditions.

An employee claims Apple requires employees to install software on personal devices that they use for work, allowing the company to access their email, photo libraries, and more.

Apple said said the claims in the lawsuit lack merit and that its workers are trained annually on their rights to discuss their working conditions.
