The Mumbai Crime Branch, which has invoked the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against all the accused in the Baba Siddique murder case, is yet to find a direct link to jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

In a major twist in the Baba Siddique murder case, the Mumbai police have said that they have, so far, not found any involvement of dreaded gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and that his brother Anmol is running a separate gang.

The Crime Branch, Mumbai, is investigating a case registered as DCB CID CR No. 86/2024, initially registered at Nirmal Nagar Police Station as CR No. 589/2024. The case is registered under Sections 103(1),
