One of the biggest stories in baseball recently is the ugly incident between Boston Red Sox outfielder and MLB All-Star Jarren Duran and a Cleveland Guardians fan. The Guardians fan was apprehended by security and thrown out for making an inappropriate comment about Duran’s admission that he attempted suicide.

Duran said a fan in the front row Sunday near the Red Sox dugout in Cleveland said “something inappropriate” to him.

Coming off a series in Cleveland in which he went 7-for-11 over the final two games, Duran smoked the third pitch of the game from Toronto starter Bowden Francis 378 feet to right-center field to set off a home run barrage for the Boston Red Sox in a 10-2 pummeling of the Blue Jays.
