In settling, the three plaintiffs said they assign no "ill intent" to Rose and realize now that his conduct could be subject to interpretation.

The case was settled six years after Rose's ex-staffers Katherine Brooks Harris, Sydney McNeal and Yuqing "Chelsea" Wei sued him for sexual harassment

A trio of women claimed Rose caressed them and made unwanted sexual advances. In a statement, they said "different people could interpret the conduct in different ways."

The lawsuit was initially filed in New York Supreme Court in 2018 by former CBS staffers Katherine Brooks Harris, Sydney McNeal and Yuqing “Chelsea” Wei.
