DALLAS - Dallas police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Far East Dallas. Dallas Police say the shooting happened Tuesday afternoon on the 11000 block of Joaquin Drive, not far from Garland Road. SKY 4 spotted two guns on the road in the area of the shooting.
