Michael Bunting scored a power-play goal and added two assists, as the Pittsburgh Penguins beat the Calgary Flames 6-2 on Saturday night.

The Calgary Flames had numerous great chances to take the lead on the Pittsburgh Penguins (10-12-4) and more chances still to tie the game, but the Penguins got a memorable performance from their netminder and three power-play goals.

Michael Bunting and Kris Letang each scored a power-play goal and added two assists, as the Pittsburgh Penguins beat the Calgary Flames 6-2 on Saturday night.

Justin Kirkland, who scored the shootout winner when the Flames and Penguins hooked up in late October in Calgary, exited in Friday’s first period due to a lower-body injury. There was no update post-game on Kirkland’s status. If he’s a no-go in Pittsburgh, towering winger Adam Klapka would draw in.
