OpenAI said on Monday it has released its artificial intelligence model, which creates video from text, to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users, expanding its foray into multimodal AI technologies.

Judging by a new support page, it seems that users in the EU and the UK won't get access to Sora, OpenAI's video generator, at launch.

OpenAI announced on December 9 that its AI video-generation tool, Sora, would launch later in the day. The tool can generate video clips inspired by still images, extend existing videos, or fill in missing frames.
