NYPD shot a man who pointed a gun at officers in the Bronx; he was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Two NYPD officers fired their weapons at a gun-wielding suspect in the Bronx, with one of the shots striking the man in the leg, according to a law enforcement source.

NYPD officers shot a man armed with a gun who allegedly took a “shooting stance” at officers in the Bronx on Friday, police said. The shooting happened after the officers responded to a 911 call about a large dispute involving a gun at 755 White Plains Road around 3:10 p.
