While on the topic of abortion during the presidential debate Tuesday night, former President Donald Trump brought up West Virginia, but maybe not in the correct context.

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice will call the Legislature back to the Capitol this month to consider several proposals, including ones that would cut taxes and provide child care support.
