Coming into the season there were many questions about Wisconsin basketball. There was a lot of roster turnover and many were wondering who would be the team’s leader this year.

Wisconsin is now 7-0, with wins over Arizona and Pitt. The Badgers have taken over the top spot in this week's Big Ten power rankings.

John Tonje, welcome to Badgers immortality. On Friday, the transfer from Missouri dropped 41 points, finishing two shy of Frank Kaminsky's school record for single-game scoring, and the Badgers knocked off No. 9 Arizona, 103-88, in a performance that ended with Wisconsin fans storming the Kohl Center court.

The Big Ten had a great week of action. While fans got a variety of mid-major mismatches, they also got some marquee games and the beginnings of the non-conference tournament season. It was a great run to follow.
