Manchester United drew 0-0 with Crystal Palace as they struggled to find a way past their former goalkeeper Dean Henderson, with the Eagles stopper leaving his ex-employers with egg on their faces a year on from his unceremonious exit.

He left United for Crystal Palace last summer and he was brilliant in this game. Henderson denied Alejandro Garnacho, Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez early on - reacting quickly to readjust his feet to save from the latter two.

United have the second-highest xG (expected goals) in the league, at 9.53 from their opening five games, but have only managed to score five times. Only Southampton, who sit 18th, are underperforming their xG by more.
