Storm Warning has expired for parts of metro Atlanta, but snow and ice are still impacting the roadways Wednesday morning.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for most of the metro, which is set to expire at 7 a.m. Wednesday. “We’re already seeing some light snow,” Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz said.

Wednesday is a First Alert Weather Day following the snow that fell across parts of the metro during the afternoon and into the evening hours on Tuesday.
