Former Celtics guard Malcolm Brogdon says he is in a good space after leaving the Celtics and moving his family twice.

Malcolm Brogdon did many things for the Boston Celtics during his singular year with them, and he even won Sixth Man of the Year while playing for the team. But they didn’t want him for more than a season,

The Boston Celtics were able to win the NBA Finals last season, partly thanks to the new addition of guard Jrue Holiday from the Portland Trail Blazers. However, to get him, they had to give up their 6MOTY in Malcolm Brogdon. Brogdon was interviewed last night about his feelings on being traded from the C’s, and his answer was too classy.

Brogdon was not a member of that title team, but he was critical to helping the Celtics get to the apex. His trade led to the arrival of key championship piece Jrue Holiday.
