A man accused of killing his girlfriend and stuffing her in a suitcase in Florida drove around with her body for hundreds of miles before he was shot by U.S. Marshals in Alabama, authorities said.
The meeting follows the surprise victory of Russia-friendly Călin Georgescu in the first round of Romania’s presidential election.
