Keith Harding, 58, was found unresponsive with cuts on his arm and neck around 6:35 a.m. at the Grand Regency of Jackson Park Supportive Living, officials said.

CPD said a second crime scene was discovered at an assisted living facility where officers shot an armed man early this morning, but it was unclear if they're connected.

A second person was found dead at the same South Side facility where a knife-wielding man was fatally shot early Monday morning by Chicago police officers. Authorities say the second man was found with cuts on his body,
