(WJW) – The last full moon of 2024 will rise this weekend. December’s full moon, known as the “Cold Moon,” will reach its peak illumination at 4:02 a.m. EST on Sunday, Dec. 15, according to NASA. It will appear full for multiple days. It will look nearly full on Friday, Dec. 13, and still remain almost fully illuminated through Dec. 16.
