Two members of a fraternity and a sorority at Dartmouth College have been charged in connection with the death of a student who was found dead in the Connecticut River over the summer after attending an off-campus party,

Won Jang, a student at the Ivy League college, drowned after attending a party hosted by sorority members where alcohol was served to underage attendees, police allege.

Police in New Hampshire, where Dartmouth is located, announced that Alpha Phi was charged with one count of facilitating an underage alcohol house.
