The National Weather Service released a flood watch at 1:25 a.m. on Monday valid from noon until Tuesday 2 a.m. for Berkshire County.

At 1:59 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a flood watch valid from 2 p.m. until Tuesday midnight for Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Union counties.

At 12:39 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a flood watch valid from 2 p.m. until Tuesday 2 a.m. for Carbon and Monroe counties.

Search crews continued the grueling task of recovering the missing as more potential flash flooding threatened Texas Hill Country.

The weather service predicts that parts of Maryland remain at risk for excessive rainfall and the potential for flash floods.

On Sunday at 10:25 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood watch valid from 11 a.m. until Monday 5 a.m. for Northern Wayne as well as Bradford and Susquehanna counties.
