Thibault comes to Minnesota after more than a decade with the Mystics, while former Lynx legend Whalen returns home.

After years of serving as the Lynx’s coach on the floor, Lindsay Whalen will now be a Lynx coach on the bench.

The Lynx have added Minnesota great Lindsay Whalen and former Washington Mystics coach Eric Thibault to their coaching staff. Thibault, who was let go by the Mystics last month, will fill the role of associate head coach.
