Prime Minister Narendra Modi recalled the “eautiful memories” of his visit to Guyana two decades ago “as a curious traveler”. He expressed happiness that now he had returned to the land of many rivers as the Prime Minister of India.

India and Guyana signed 10 MoUs, including one for cooperation in the hydrocarbon sector and another in agriculture, as PM Narendra Modi became the first Indian PM to visit the South American country in 56 years.
