Norrie, the last Briton standing in SW19, saw a match point saved in the third set against Nicolas Jarry in the previous round before eventually winning over five sets. Tim Henman and Andy Murray are the only other British stars to reach two Wimbledon quarter-finals this century.

Tim Henman reckons Cam Norrie is a 100-1 shot to stun Carlos Alcaraz today. And the former British No.1 reckons the Spanish superstar would even beat the world No.61 on the golf course. BBC analyst Henman was the last British player to dethrone a reigning Wimbledon champion when he knocked out Richard Krajicek in 1997.
