Patrik Laine pulls off Canadiens feat not seen in 23 years
The Montreal Canadiens finally got Patrik Laine back from injury. Laine suffered an injury during preseason following an offseason trade from the Columbus Blue Jackets. It's perfect timing, too, as Montreal struggled out of the gate. Thankfully, Laine has hit the ground running, as seen on Monday night against the Anaheim Ducks.
Patrik Laine scored in regulation and added the winner in the shootout as the Montreal Canadiens beat the Anaheim Ducks 3-2.
Patrik Laine returned from injury on Tuesday and scored his first goal with the Canadiens against the Islanders.
