Trash pickup delays in Northern California have stretched into a second week as a strike by some Republic Services workers in Stockton continues, leading to mounting frustration and garbage in neighborhoods.
Last week, workers in the Teamsters Union announced they were going on strike, which includes the Forward Landfill in Manteca.
