Former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer has been working as an analyst for Fox Sports and Big Ten Network since leaving the Buckeyes following the 2018 season. Meyer went 7-0 against Michigan football in his tenure in Columbus but his handpicked successor, Ryan Day, is now 1-4.

Given his struggles against the Wolverines, there have been rumors that former head coach Urban Meyer could be back in the driver's seat at Ohio State. According to Andrew Holleran at The Spun, an Ohio native Jay Crawford, has revealed that Meyer is open to another stint with the Buckeyes.

The Ohio State Buckeyes suffered their fourth straight defeat to the archrival Michigan Wolverines this past weekend, despite entering the game as three-touchdown favorites with the game played in their own home stadium.
