Wednesday night's system won't bring us a lot in the way of rain and snow, but it will bring a blast of Arctic air. This means feels-like temperatures near zero or just below are likely in Cincinnati by Thursday morning.

Winter weather is making its presence known across the U.S. as millions of people deal with the onslaught of a long-duration, lake-effect snowstorm that has paralyzed communities.

BALTIMORE -- Another blast of Arctic air is set to arrive, closing out the workweek with wintry conditions. After a sunny and cool afternoon, skies will become mostly cloudy tonight. As a result, overnight temperatures will not be as chilly as recent nights, with lows dipping into the mid-30s.

Arctic air pumped from the north will plunge temperatures across parts of the U.S., with more snow and dangerous conditions forecast.
