Former NBA player Ben McLemore has been sentenced to 100 months (eight years, four months) in Oregon state prison after being found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman at a house party in Lake Oswego on Oct. 3, 2021.

Former NBA player Ben McLemore was sentenced to 100 months in Oregon state prison on Wednesday after recently being found guilty of sexually assaulting a then-21-year-old woman at a house party in the Portland suburb of Lake Oswego in 2021.

A jury found McLemore guilty of first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and second-degree sexual abuse one week prior.
