Blue Bell Ice Cream has a brand new flavor they unveiled Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025. The new flavor, “Strawberry Toaster Pastry,” is described as a creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with strawberry pastry pieces, colorful confetti sprinkles, and swirls of strawberry sauce and white icing.

Blue Bell is giving the green light to indulge in dessert — for breakfast. Its new flavor, Strawberry Toaster Pastry, was inspired by the “sweet morning treat” and available by the pint as of Thursday, Jan. 23, according to the Texas-based creamery.

The new Strawberry Toaster Pastry flavor is vanilla ice cream mixed with pastry pieces, confetti sprinkles, and swirls of strawberry sauce and white icing.
