Dallas Keuchel is trying to keep his career alive, signing with the Royals as they look to build more rotation depth heading into the second half of the season.

The Kansas City Royals signed Dallas Keuchel, who is 10 years removed from his AL Cy Young award win, but the lefty thinks he still has something left.

After making the postseason in 2024, the Royals have disappointed this year, sitting at 45-48 heading into Wednesday’s play. Kansas City has been without its ace Cole Ragans since mid-June after he suffered a left rotator cuff strain, leaving a gaping hole at the top of their rotation.
